Return & Refund Policy

At Bible On Canvas, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased items. Please review your order carefully including size, design, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in printing and packaging every canvas, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@bibleoncanvas.com.
2. Include photo proof of the damage, along with your order number, in your message.
3. Our team will review and verify the claim.
4. Once verified, we will resend a new item to you at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery, or without photo proof, may not be eligible for a replacement.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, or any reason other than a verified damaged or defective item as outlined above.
